I don’t know what to say about that. I think it’s not that good to put little girls in dresses and let them have such a speech. I adore Shirley Temple, I always did. But it’s weird to say a girl at the age of Dakota Fanning saying something like that even if she says just good things you know. Shirley is a great actress, singer and dancer, no doubt. But I doubt young girls like Dakota Fanning say such things.
I have to wonder how she felt saying that there has never been and never will be anyone to capture america’s heart than shirley temple. I mean, it’s pretty well known that Dakota is THE child star at the moment, it’s almost like she’s had to put herself down… if that made sense. Meh. God Shirley was so cute though
