For this year the 2nd Annual Christ Chapel Academy Vendor Fair will be held on April 18, 2009. The Christ Chapel Academy Vendor Fair will be held at the Christ Chapel, 13909 Smoketown Road, Woodbridge, VA 22192. This fair will feature fine crafts and arts that will be judged by juries.

The craft show will officially open by 9:00 A.M. and close by 3:00 P.M. The promoters will allow the vendors to set up their booths on the same day from 7:30 to 8:45 A.M. Admission fee is free for the public. There will also be door prize tickets available at the entrance door.

There will be free parking space for everyone. At the church parking area is where the visitors will park. The vendors will be at the far end of the church parking area. RV parking at on site will not be allowed. At the gym is where the public restroom will be.

Promoters will provide electricity for the vendors with an additional fee of $5.00 and will be a first come first serve basis. The tables and chairs will be available for $10.00. Since this is a juried craft show vendors will need to submit an application with the jury fee of $25.00.

If you are planning to display these items Juice Plus, Xango, Stampin’ Up, Mary Kay, Creative Memories, Pampered Chef, Southern Living at Home, Tupperware, United First Financial at the fair then you do not need to apply. The promoters are looking for craft makers that have a unique and handmade crafts. The space fee is $25.00 per booth.

The promoters will be promoting the 2nd Annual Christ Chapel Academy Vendor Fair by posting ads in the local newspaper, church bulletins and posted in websites online. Around the area there will be flyers distributed. Banners will be posted on road signs coming in and out of the city.
