Fashion TV. You can enjoy fashion on the small screen every day, all day with Fashion TV. Its French roots began in 1997 but has since gone on to be an international television channel airing in the homes of millions of fashion fans the world over. Its reviews on global fashion trends and the latest designs are shown in 500 million households.

The Clothes Show. A former show but perhaps the all-time favourite of its kind in the UK, The Clothes Show offered reports from, fashion shows with tips on how to adopt the looks on display but for a fraction of the budget. The Clothes Show Live continues to this day taking place annually at the NEC in Birmingham.

What Not To Wear. Another UK show that proved immensely popular was What Not To Wear, So much was the success that the US decided to produce their own version which too enjoys much success. The show goes on the road each weekly in various shopping malls across the country tackling apart bad fashion styles adopted by unsuspecting victims.

Project Runway. This American reality show is hosted by Heidi Klum and focuses on fashion design. It pits competing designers up against one another in an attempt to create the best fashions with restrictions on materials, time etc. The designs are judged with one elimination taking place each week/. It has seen its fair of troubles in the courtroom, with a lawsuit involving TV rights but all is settled and the show continues to be a success.

Fashion Police. Fashion Police is another American show which appears on E! It features such well-known co-hosts as Joan Rivers and Kelly Osborne and is a commentary on what went right and what went wrong with celebrity fashion. Two of the most popular segments are entitled Bitch Stole My Look and Starlet or Streetwalker. The former is where two celebrities were caught wearing the same dress on separate occasions whereas Starlet or Streetwalker is a guessing game where a photograph is shown to the guests bearing the image of a dishevelled individuals and the guest has to state whether they think it is a celebrity or not. If they guess wrong, they come under a severe amount of ridicule.
